Having trouble logging into your Memo account? Here's how to resolve common login problems.

Login Methods Available

Memo offers two ways to log in:

  1. Login with Google

  2. Email OTP (One-Time Password)

Note: You can use either method with the same email address. For example, if you have a Gmail account, you can either use "Login with Google" or enter your email for an OTP.

Common Login Problems and Solutions

1. Email OTP Not Working?

If you're not receiving the OTP email:

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Make sure you entered your email correctly

  • Try using "Login with Google" instead if you have a Google account

  • Wait a few minutes and request a new OTP

2. Google Login Issues

If "Login with Google" isn't working:

  • Try using the Email OTP method instead

  • Ensure you're selecting the correct Google account

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies

  • Try using an incognito/private window

3. Browser-Related Issues

Try these steps if the login page isn't working properly:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies and then refresh

  2. Try using an incognito/private window

  3. Update your browser to the latest version

  4. Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)

  • Both login methods work with the same account
